1. Services

Webkarf provides web development, automation, and digital consulting services. All project details, deliverables, and timelines are agreed upon in writing before work begins.

2. Payment Terms

Projects require a 50% advance payment before work begins. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion. Invoices are due within 7 days of issuance.

3. Revisions

Each project includes up to 3 rounds of revisions. Additional revision rounds are billed at ₹999 per hour.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all custom code and designs created for your project become your property. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

5. Limitation of Liability

Webkarf's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India.
