Yes. We work with clients across India, UAE, UK, and USA. All work is done remotely via email, WhatsApp, and Google Meet. International invoices are in USD. Payments accepted via Wise, PayPal, or bank wire transfer.

Yes. For Indian businesses, WhatsApp Business API requires DLT registration and a BSP like AiSensy or Interakt. We set up the full stack — BSP account, n8n workflow, and trigger logic for order events, reminders, and customer queries.

All projects: 40% advance at kickoff, 40% at mid-project milestone, 20% at final delivery. GST invoices raised at each milestone for Indian clients (GSTIN: 09AQJPA1620M1ZY). International clients receive USD invoices.
Indian clients: INR via bank transfer, UPI, or Razorpay link. International clients: USD/AED/GBP via Wise, PayPal, or SWIFT wire transfer.
After delivery we fix bugs at no cost for 30 days: features not working per agreed scope, deployment/server issues from our setup, and minor UI fixes. Not covered: new features, scope changes, or third-party update issues.
Bug fixes and minor updates, server monitoring and uptime checks, dependency updates, up to 4 hours of new feature work per month, and priority response within 4 business hours. Billed quarterly.
